Noelia’s Padron Peppers Recipe
Heat the 30ml olive oil in a pan. Fry the peppers gently in the olive oil pan, turning occasionally. As the skin starts to turn blister which will take 3-4 minutes take the peppers out of the pan and put them into a bowl. Sprinkle with little sea salt and enjoy your food.
Ingredients for 2 Servings:
1 bag Padron Peppers
Olive Oil(30ml)
Sea Salt
